Privacy policy
Short version: Statutia doesn’t use cookies, doesn’t ask for an account or email, and doesn’t send what you type in our tools anywhere.
What our tools do with your answers
The calculator, the deadline tool and Letter Check run in your browser. Prices you type, your formation dates and anything you type into Letter Check never leave your browser, and calendar files are created on your device.
Usage counts
We don’t run any usage analytics right now: nothing about your visit is counted or stored by Statutia. If we add anonymous counts later, this section will say exactly what is counted, and the date above will change.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request information (such as IP address) to deliver and protect the site, under its own privacy policy.
When you leave Statutia
If you click through to a provider, that provider’s site (and, for commercial links, the affiliate network that tracks the referral) may set cookies under its own privacy policy. We receive only aggregate reports of referrals and sales, not your personal details.
If you email us, we use your message only to reply and keep it only as long as needed.
Children
Statutia is meant for adults running businesses and doesn’t knowingly collect information from children.
